Hi,
ive been doing muay thai and mma for a few months now and would like to add some conditioning. so what do you guys think will this book help my conditioning?

yes: great book, quick no nonsense routines, easy to follow, recommended.

Excellent book. Got me in the best shape of my life ( mind you im a lazy unfit cunt 90% of the time so thats not saying much )
Ross even bothers to reply to e-mails if you have any questions regarding the routines as well which is nice.
A lot of my mates especially the onew who box swear by him now and all train using ross' methods.

fantastic series of books, II is great, so is his other book Never Gymless (for more bodyweight enthusiasts like me) and if its conditioning your after Full Throttle Conditioning is a must too..
