I heard a while ago that the machine stopped training due to diet problem or something like that, can anyone elaborate. Been picking up training recently and seems to cause mood swings in terms of aggression similar symptoms if I was on the gear - but im not... had blood test many years ago and had low iron count maybe this has something to do with it.

I think he had chronic fatigue syndrome or something similar. I remember as I was positive I had it at one point. I constantly felt weak and tired and couldnt even be arsed getting up to walk around at work.
Then I realised I was just a lazy cunt.

I managed to get chronic fatigue syndrome, that was fun....2 years of training down the pan, literally just getting back to where I was!

Sounds nasty. Will have a little read up on it when I have time.
Is it caused through long term overtraining or something Alex ?

Any answers to the problem, I read that vitamin B12 can help.
