Been taking ZMA but have run out. Firstly, is it worth taking? (I'm doing quite a bit of strength work at the mo')...Bought it from a local shop but probably paid over the odds. Any recommendations for a cheap but quality alternative? What brand is best? Also, how much should I be taking? I've been following the rec dosage on the bottle but don't always believe what I'm told by the manufacturer!

Holland and barretts. Real cheap... forgot actual price but was less than a tenner. I take 500mg a day...

I only take it when training hard though, at least 2 sessions of weights and 2/3 sessions mma a week

Not a good experience! Took two weeks before interlink express tried to deliver the parcel!! No explanation offered, despite e-mail to fightshop (unanswered).
After visiting my account section of website at Fightshop it said the order was pending. Next day it was changed to say it had been despatched a week earlier - clearly not the case as interlink tracking showed it had only been despatched that day (i.e. 2 weeks after order).
Interlink express are crap - they don't try to leave witn a neighbour and depot is over 20minutes drive away. They took the parcel back. I arranged redelivery online and left the calling card in the 'safe place' but the driver didn't deliver again (as the card was unsigned - no mention of the need to sign the card online). Now they are saying I have to pay to get it redelivered as they will only try twice.

I will avoid Interlink Express like the plague. Sorry to say I can't see myself using fightshop again either. Wouldn't normally whinge online but seen as they don't answer e-mails...

Thats no way to treat customers. I will be warning people off. Am I right in saying that fightshop is a small off shoot of The Fight Superstore because if so they are one of the main stockists I use and have NEVER had a problem. Infact Fightsuperstore seem to deliver as soon as you click the order button!!

I dont think Fight Superstore has anything to do with Fight Shop. I have had a similar problem with Fight Shop.

Fight Superstore are feriendly and efficient. They are also linked with MMAUnlimited and post on here.

Yeah Fightsuperstore is Si Wibbs' business. I was just wondering because fightshops inefficiency would look bad on all the dedicated hard work Si has put in to make Fight Superstore the best fightshop around. Cheers for clearing that up.
