Jean de silva was wicked, had to show my mates his fight and they loved it! God knows what I would have done if I was fighting him, probably skipped in front with him cartwheeling behind.
Nice avatar btw andy.

Many people will enjoy watching that fight with all the show boating, it was great when Alex shouted kick his arse and Jean stood up and booted him one right in the arse!

lol @ ross post, i watched it today and thought WTF? is this for real?
you got two "musical martial artisits" doing acrobatics to shit music, and elite doing a bad aerobics/pro-wrestling demo and you guys love it?
and J D Silvas fight was ok, but he should have finished John Waite loads earlier. The capoeira stuff is funny for like two seconds, but anyone who knew what they were doing would have pelted him one straight away, no fucking about.
rest of the fights were good tho, i enjoyed the DVD. commentator was good, even if he did think no-one could punch. try telling shane tovell that after jenkins put him on his arse with one punch :p lol
and heres the cover for you guys as well :)

lol, the capoirea was just funny, and him spanking him was just taking the piss.
Thought the same about the commentator, did he really know what he was talking about?
I just skipped through all the demo stuff, what art were thoses guys in the track suits doing?

the art of poncing about waving shiny weapons and doing poor gymnastics. or did you mean the elite demo? in that case it was a demo of pro-wrestling themed vale tudo.
the ass spanking was quite funny, but i saw him put in at least two headbutts to Waite on the floor which weren't picked up by Grant and he was stood right over them.
the commentator obviously had a big boxing background, he had limited knowledge but was experienced enough to carry it off no problem.

The commentator for cagewarriors 1 wasn't to bad. He does the commentary for Eurosport. Like i said before he is a professional commentator and it shows. Yeah, he might not know anything about the sport but at least he's not as bad as Rogan and Baroni and the rest of the current UFC setup (bar Mike Goldberg) who simply dont have a clue.
Ps, the Elite demo was as bad as always. No offence to the guys, but its really embrassing to watch them, and they have no place (in my opinion doing that kind of thing at a pro show.

Jean knew his opponent was not going to be tough for him so he asked to be told when there was only about 1-2 mins left so he could win by submission, he could have finished it very early I'm sure.
The commentator was good, he should have me as co-commentator because I know more than him. He thought everyone was going for a wristlock and didn't understand the positions very well. Also I could have told him what Luta Livre was, pick me. Him for professionalism and me for everything else.
