As we all know THE MAN FLU can kill.
Ive got a serious case at the moment. Normally I get over stuff in about 3 days but this just wont shift. Im sick of being a shaking, shivering, mucus filled mass.
Any one know a great cure? full of beechems crap at the mo and vitimin C
Cheers

You know yourself. Eat healthy, drink plenty of water and rest. I Take Echinacea and vit c to help prevent it.
Unfortunately there is no cure for man flu, the body has to just fight it off. Doing the above will help speed up the process. Doing really light excercise can help but don't train hard as you will prob end up with pneumonia or some shit like I did. :(

Im not training at all, tried to do some streaching last night but felt aweful.
I know I should be eating clean but THE MAN FLU wants gregs! Saying that im only eating about once a day. Drinking lots though.

Check out next months MMAUnlimited!
I would go with two things: A sofa and a remote control. Or Zinc & Vit C loz and Citricidal concentrate. Good shit that makes you much better faster (that sounds like an advert header if ever there was one!)

The answer to pretty much everything can be found on Tim Ferriss' blog.

Just rest a lot. Don't leave the bed if you can avoid it.

I had the same, just couldnt shake it off and it was really starting to get me down. I always get colds but when the cold goes the sinusitis or rhinitis or whatever it is stays and I can barely breathe through my nose for weeks. I was prescribed the nasal steroid spray flunisolide and it works a fucking treat, takes a few days to kick in but when it does I can finally breathe again. A bit worried about using it constantly though.

Shit mate, that sounds pretty rough (and potentially lethal!). All sorted now I take it?

yeah mate fortunately, my mate came round cos i said i was having trouble with my fires and when he checked them he said we should be dead and that its the worst any of the lads had seen.
I'll be honest i never realised how serious it was till he bollocked me but for the past two or so years i've been prone to headaches and flu all winter time and i later found out these are the symptoms.
So if you have gas appliances in your house, get em checked regularly.

Now i know why you invited me ;)
Good to hear it sorted it self.
There is a official epedemic flue now in holland. 1 per 10 adults are called in sick from work. Now that im converting from straight up gangster, always a cap plus high pulled up hoodie on to metro. Im a afraid i might get it.
