Advice for newbie

Hi I want to take up mma, I'm 27 and have trained in judo and taekwondo. How should i get started and does anyone know of any clubs around portsmouth? any advise will be very much apresiated

Id say go for it! ive just started mma and its awesome.

As soon as someone posts a gym around portsmouth you should defo go..=)
