sorry for the stupid thread name but you'll see what i mean.
A mate of mines about to go traveling and instead of chucking all his training equipment he's giving it to me to look after untill he returns.
It is as follows:
A sled which takes 2" plates with straps
2 x 16kg kettlebells
2 x 24kg kettlebells
1 x 32kg kettlebell
4 kg bouncy medicine ball
4 kg medicine ball on a rope
an olympic bar
80kg of olympic plates
some resistant bands
a sandbag set
and a big box of little weight plates and some dumbell bars.
Now to the bit about my silly title i know what this stuff is for and basically how to use it but not in an affective way as to make great use of it( like chickens flapping their wings like mad but not really getting anywhere.)
So what i'm saying is can anyone give me some ideas on how i can put all this stuff to use in a workout or give me some links to training ideas. I don't want all this stuff to go to waste as i know some very good training can be done with it.
Cheers
