I've had a bad back since I was a teenager, these days it comes and goes and after investigations the consultant said it was "mechanical issues" with my lower back, sacroilliac joint and joints in my lower back.

I have massages about every month which seem to ease it temporarily.I have had physio, including ultrasound and try to do core stability exercises.

It's mainly made worse when I have been doing a lot of kicking really ,the last few days it has been really bad.

I don't mind paying for treatment, as I have tried the NHS, been for physio with them and also privately but I'm still not all that clear on the actual problem and how I can start training better and if there is any stretching that I can do specifically to help.

I'm based in Lancashire and can travel, as I just want to start sorting it out once and for all.

Anyone recommend anyone? Not even sure what kind of practitioner I should be approaching!

Thanks :) (I know I keep asking questions at the moment!)
