Here's the instructional video for a technique I'm trying to get down at the moment:

My question is, during the last phase of the move, I cant quite seem to position my legs correctly so that they are around my partners neck. Any tips?

You have to make sure you get your hips into it mate!

Tricky to pull off in competition though, imo.

was drilling this the other night, found its better to have your eyes closed when spinning :D

Are you wearing the correct mask as this can have an adverse effect on your balance which will in turn decrease the torque generated from the multiple swings you take around the head of your opponent ?
