Do they work. I have always thought that you have to put in the work to get the results. Has anyone had any experience using them?

they force your muscles to tense up so u can't really do anything apart from watch tv whilst using em, u may as well just do the exercise if u ask me.

How many people do you know that have lost 7st and got ripped abs, massive chest, shoulders and arms plus a nice tan and new hair cut just from doing sit ups? these electronic devices can give you all those benefits with using it for just 5 minutes twice a week for a month

I used to use one in the hope that it would speed up recovery when I was a wee boy because I heard that Bruce Lee used one. To tell the truth it was pretty shite. BamBam who posts on here once bit through his own teeth when he stuck it to his face.

i did some research a while back and it apparently does work but not with the shitty ones that arent that expensive, you would need rms (russian muscle stimualtion) which makes your muscles contract more and work better i guess?

Yes you can. You can attach one to the Triceps and one to the biceps. You can even have the thing on in college, preferably not attached to BamBams head though.
