Im new to the forum and Im looking some reccomendations as to which are the best gyms to join in the gateshead area and County Durham?

Sor Thanikul/Knuckle draggers in byker is probably one of the best, especially if your a keen competitor.
Phoenix also in byker has a decent range of classes, good if your beginner but not geared towards compettion as much as knuckle draggers imo.
Theres also strike uk but thats up in blyth, good facilties, range of classes and an all day timetable.
Also the guys at sunderland jiu jitsu are well into mma.
