Put this on youtube for my friend, easy than describing with words, thought I'd share it with you even though you will have seen it before.

Thanks guys.
I also have a plan B for when this is not a viable option, I haven't got around to getting it uploaded yet but it has helped me immensely when passing a really flexible guard. It is really simple when you think about it but it was like a revelation to me. Enough suspense yet?
Slo-mo and details? I am too lazy for that, it was really just trying to show something that I couldn't (be bothered to) explain that well. I find that visual is better for me.
John Kav once posted that my descriptive skills were crap and you wouldn't want to argue with JK now would you?

Nice pass, I will have to give that a try.
I love taking the back from the double under pass... especially on flexible guys.

excellent technique..i really like it and i have the perfect candidate to try this pass on at our club.
One question - how would this transfer across to nogi? Any real modifications required?
with the inability to control the gi pants would hands on ur opponenets kness suffice?

For no gi I would look to make a V with my hands by opening out my thumbs and push against the crook of the knee.

The first time you use it is free but if you want to continue using it we need to discuss some sort of payment.
I have only put stuff on youtube that I have personally used in sparring/competing so I know the stuff is workable.
Glad you liked it.
