that part of my comment (which i admit i didn't explain very clearly), was meant to suggest that if you make a larger sandwich, usually the amount of filling increases by the same ratio as the amount of bread. e.g. shit arnie a = 2 slices of small loaf bread and a kilo of shit. sandwich b = 2 slices of large loaf bread (equivalent to 4 slices small loaf) and 2 kilos of shit.
