What would happen if you never ate any pure food and consumed everything from supplements?

You would have to take a fibre supplement....but then is All bran real food or a supplement? It is a concentration of specific elements of "real food".

To be honest most "food" people eat is no different to "supplements". Unless you eat it pretty much how it grows it's been proccessed and refinded etc.

If you decided to go for it, remember to keep a video diary.
You could sell it as "Super supplement me!"
How about living out of Holland & Barrett or GNC for a month and making sure you have at least 1 of everything? :D

Should get that supersize me dude to try it out and see what happens

Get him to do it for a year, testing a different brand of supplements each month to see how the results vary

I have been doing a moderate version of this since last August (aside from a few restaurant meals here and there and chicken sandwiches for lunch most days). Not really had any problems and as long as I am getting all the nutrients, I do not really see what problems will occur.

I just find it so much easier to down a protein shake/mrp/glass of waxy maize starch etc than cooking up a full meal for myself. That may be lazy, but I do not enjoy cooking (even though I can knock up a decent meal) and do not want to spend time doing something I don't enjoy.
