I've been told BSN NO-Xplode is useless so what other supplements are out there that actually work?

Looking for an energy boost when i'm tired but need to train.

Thanks

NITROOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Knew a big lad who used it. Said that he did actually pump up better. The shit's a vasodilator.

L arginine is the cheapest way to do it IMHO, you dont need really expensive supplements , http://www.simplysupplements.net/product/288/l-arginine-500mg/

L arginine is a precursor tio nitric oxide which gives the alleged pump.

I was just nitroig in relation to the old Nitric Oxide.
Big Ronnie Coleman uses the nitric oxide to keep the vascularity. I remember quite a while back he did a seminar where he covered the supplimentation that he uses.

My flatmate used to swear by NO-Xplode. I tried it and thought it was shit.

The only pre exercise energy drinks I'll use are black coffee or Phd Wired

did i get the wrong end of the stick here , by pump i thought you meant vasilidation / veiny pump , rather than an energy pump ??

I have to take it before a morning session, as it has me bouncing off the walls for hours. Caffeine + tyrosine + taurine is a pretty good stimulant mix.

its actually Rhodiola Rosea and yes if you are going to get some make sure its a 10:1 extract , rather than just a powder .

I have never used supplements in 20 yrs of training, until recently. After a lay off of 2 year I got back into a decent fitnes regime in Jan. I decided to give supplements a go. I use CNP Pro GF.

What a difference this has made, fantastic !

As is the way with these things I’m guessing (and which is backed up by her posts in this thread) that it depends on the person. However I have found it to have a noticeable and indeed have a very, very significant effect on my training.

Give this stuff a go and see for yourself if it works or not.
