Hi everyone

Just wanted to let everyone know that the "demolition man" Alistair Overeem current Strikeforce heavyweight champion (and maybe a future heavyweight champion in the ufc, but that's another story) is hosting seminars next weekend, the 21st february at Golden Glory UK, which is also Paul Cahoons (ex cage rage light heavyweight champion) gym, both fighters represent Golden Glory.

The Golden Glory Dutchman will show off his famous guillotine choke, and talk about his conditioning training, question and answer etc.

on the same day as the UFC? gutted :( i'm a big fan of alistair's, would definitely have gone to this

wow suprisingly cheap--hendo, chuck and wanderlei's were like £35-45

sorry everyone, but alistair has had to postpone the seminar as some new infromation about signing with affliction has come up and will be training for his next fight.
realy sorry about this lads.
