MMA Unlimited were fortunate enough to grab a few minutes with Dan 'The Outlaw' Hardy at the Bushido MMA Academy (http://www.bushido-mma.co.uk/) in Nottingham yesterday. Just over a week to go before Dan features on the main card at UFC 95, the Outlaw is looking sharp and in a buoyant mood.

lol! thats never going to happen rich, you should know that! its ok, it keeps you light on your toes because if you stop moving you get frostbite.
