Wrestling Classes in the Midlands

If anyone wants to come and wrestle at React we have a freestyle wrestling coach there on saturdays. The coach is Sean Murray who coaches the UK (or possibly commenwealth) wrestling team.

He's an excellent coach and has even taught Paul and Alexis from london shoot. You can't beat wrestling for MMA takedowns and it'll add loads to your game.

At the moment we're still building the class so it's only on every 2 weeks on saturdays but if anyone is interested just post up or drop me a line to rhannis@hotmail.com for details.

Sounds cool. Good wrestling clubs are few and far between

That's why we're so pleased to have him. He doesn't really think outside of the box from wrestling but it's easy to apply all the techniques to mma.
