what you guys think of dextrose??
i heard that taken with glutamine and whey is the shit for after a session and recovery...i ask this because i feel last nights workout in todays workout and it affects it.
also how many carbs would you take after a session and is it true that its better 50% maltodextrin 50% dextrose?
and lastly if you train twice in one day would you take fast carbs twice (once after each session) for recovery??
any help would be great
