We will be running Daytime classes on Tuesday and Thursdays between 12pm-2pm at Carlson Gracie Hammersmith.
The classes will be taught by Dario,Purple Belt.
They will cost £5 per class.
For Students paying the £60 Monthly Unlimited Training Fee at any Carlson Gracie club, the classes will be included free.
