Legally Jaffas are cakes.

Chocolate covered cakes are not VATable, choc covered biccies are. Jaffa won their court case that Jaffas are cakes with the fact they go hard when out of date instead of soft.

I just want to have my say on this, even if its not important.
Just based on i love Jaffa Cakes and i feel that i never get to talk about them like this.
