Not sure why but I purchased a bag of prunes from a shop at the weekend and I have been eating a few every evening.
I understand the good effects from prunes but they taste quite sweet , should i avoid to many of these ? are the loaded with suger ? I have avoided grapes for that reason. Any help is appreciated ...
Thanks

better off with raisins , raisins are one of the top 3 alkalising substances you can eat , I am a bit fan of figs and dates myself which are sweet but at least its natural sugar eh.
