capsule wise you would want a min of 5 per "serving" , one pack = 80 servings , so 160 days.

if you took 5 every night then 80 days , etc etc.

with the powder you would want one level / heaped teaspoon , either under your tongue ( best ) , or in water ( tastes fine ) and i would say you would get between 40-100 servings depending on how much you want and how much you would take really.

DONT FORGET TO EXPECT STRANGE SIDE EFFECTS IF TAKING FOR THE FIRST TIME.

The tingling sensation is very nice and relaxing but the shortness of breath ( only lasts 30 seconds) can be unpleasent , and as no one told me back in the day it freaked me out a bit.

sounds really good for you that shortness of breath thing? Do you know what causes that? I did get some of this a few years ago and I quite like the feeling of a million spiders crawling all over your face. You do sleep really, really well. may be not so good with a 8 week old baby though

I dont know what causes it and i think it affects me more than others judging by the feedback , know what you mean with the baby thing when my youngest was born i had to lay off it a bit , good shit though.

Great stuff, definitely aids sleep.

The tingling is nothing, I had it on one side of my face & I also got a weird aftertaste for a little bit but nothing to be worried about.

You go downstairs on a elevator and the lower you go, the whither the light is (white flesh cause the sun is non healthy) people buying stuff like healthy beer, and pizza?!?!? spending ages in line to get a grass shot and a healthy smoothie.
