anyone got any?

I find it pretty hard to eat by its self. I was gonna put some blueberrys in because I've got a sweet tooth but dunno what else to have to complement the berrys...

cook in chicken stock, drain.

add fresh chopped de seeded chilli, fresh flat leaf parsley, jiuce of half a lemon and fresh ground black pepper, i garlic glove squashed with pinch rock salt - mix well and serve with any giddled meat = outstanding.

mmmmm, it is lovely with chicken.I had some for lunch,added some olive oil,chilli sauce,tomatoes, peppers, tuna and seeds. Quinoa ftw!

Yeah, I hate nothing more than opening my tupperware box of cold chicken, cold brown rice and cold veg after the gym....it's like I've not punished myself enough

Tastes like ass on its own but with sweet lemon juice it's pretty good.
