What's the difference?, they seem pretty similar to me? (both high in Omega 3)

Fish oil is omega 3 (ALA) and is high in DHA and EPA
Flax oil is omega 3, 6, & 9 (oleic acid & Linoleic acid)

I take Flax oil if your taking them in capsules you ideally want 1000mg per capusle - and take 3-4 per day

the capsule size don't really matter much, its how much EPA/DHA is in each capsule.

for example in my 1000mg capsule its

150mg of DHA
210mg of EPA

I dont know too much about Flax its similar fish oil but they are by no means the same.

True, if the ratio is roughly 2:1 of EPA to DHA then they are good

Been using Hemp seed oil. Best nutritional ratio there is.
