Just because he got caught doesn't mean he hasn't got great striking.
Penn's striking looked very very average against GSP, GSP had the better of the stand-up.

Etim and Hardy are in top 5 on that list. My top 5 from the fighters you've used in that list are:
Anderson Silva, Tiago Alves, Dan Hardy, Terry Etim and Junior Dos Santos.

K flo is really good. The Sit Yod Tong in Sommerville really are a shithot team and it shows through him. Both his striking and grappling are awesome.

Can't believe GSP isn't there. his striking is top class and hugely underated. he hammered bj on his feet.

Well at least it's better than the first list. I couldn't believe you'd put Bisping in the top 10 and not included Machida. I really don't see how Bisping can be on any top 10 list. He's a decent striker but has hardly been banging them out in the UFC. He got outstruck by Matt Hamill FFS. Bisping has a good all round game but doesn't deserve to be on that list imo.

I'd have to say silva and machida would be my picks for the best mma strikers..both inflict damage and recieve very little in return and that imho is what a good striker should be able to do..''hit and not get hit''..

not really ive never seen him out wrestle or submit someone his game is based on his striking and i think hes got a decent record because of his striking

What criteria are we going by?
The ability to strike without being hit back?
Anderson Silva and Lyoto Machida have to be at the top of any list with this in mind surely??

Brock - landed some great shots on Randy, Frank and Heath!
My top 3 would be:
1. Anderson Silva
2. Lyoto Machida
3. James Irvin - HE WON BY KO IN LESS THAN 10 SECONDS USING A SUPERMAN PUNCH!!!!!
