Running Of Day

2pm till 4pm - Weigh in, Photos and Ticket Money (All ticket money must be sorted by 4pm). Please be on time and have your money sorted and hand in any unsold tickets. If you have not got the money you will not beable to fight. All fighter/clubs still pay for any lost or stolen tickets.

5pm till 6pm - Rules and Medicals (Ref is Mark Day). Please be on time.

7pm - Doors Open to Public.

7:30pm First Fight - Sharpe.
I keep the fights moving (Only got some much time). So soon as the person in front of you has finished his fight be ready to walk out. For your fight. Please be on time and ready to fight.

Equipment Needed
All fighters need there own Gloves, Gum Sheild, Thai Shin Pads (Amt Only) and Groin Guard.
Equipment for fighters for each art:

MMA

Amt 4oz MMA Gloves, Thai Shin Pads.

Semi-Pro's 8oz Sparring Gloves.

Pro 4oz MMA Gloves.

MMA Gloves will be checked by the ref. No old gloves, please. Or they will not be passed by the Ref, for you to fight in the them.

K1 and Boxing

12oz boxing gloves.

Thai Shin Pads. K1 fighters Only.

Boxing Gloves will be checked by the ref. No old gloves, please. Or they will not be passed by the Ref, for you to fight in the them.
