Saw this the other day and not seen it for years. It's a mix of squats, deads, military press etc with a barbell, doing 8 reps of 8 sets of lift for each go (only takes 2 1/2 mins to do the 8 by 8. Tried it earlier n forgot how good it is, even when doing small weights. Look forward to doing it again more regular.

Yes, theose type of Barbell complexes are great for being specific for MSE work for MMA.

Could have maybe added a barbell roll out at the end to hit the abs.

Saying that, the core is working prety hard throughout that circuit anyhow.

Very good.

Is a very good work out i completed a sean sherks caveman training today thought i was fit, neally threw last week dinner up.

I don't know about all this "odd" training; nothing can beat bicep curls and long, slow runs for a fighter!

Don't forget to carb up with steak and potatoes the night before training.
