I have a fight coming up in 5 weeks, and i was wondering what the best way to prepare would be, such as my diet and fitness
i already train 6 out of 7 days a week
monday - thai boxing
tuesday - mma
wednesday - thai boxing
thursday - rest
friday - mma and circuit
saturday - mma and circuit
sunday - BJJ and mma sparring
any advice will be appreciated
thanks

All good reads though

First off, wrong forum
Second, you need discipline, not advice. You know what crap food is, stop eating it

yeah, a lot of it is similar to berardi's 90% rule but its great stuff all the same
I noticed that, just been getting my head around Berardi, his is probably the most common sense thing I have read.
