Hey I am Gareth I am 14 years old and I am kinda new to the forum so im not even sure if this is in the right section for my thread but I am wondering does anyone know any gyms for MMA around braintree area. I would love to do get into MMA to lose weight and get fit and to do a great looking sport.

You have got Team Ryu In witham which is thai boxing and BJJ but they also have a session of mma.
You have a new place in Inworth,Kelvedon. Kensei kai. Its just starting out and has a cage, ring, weights etc Its building up and has BJJ session on a saturday. Rest of the week its cardio, sparring (kickboxing, boxing, mma) Very good striking there.

There the ones i can think of that are close to braintree. You also have a couple of boxing clubs in braintree which would be good to join at your age.

i heard about team ryu but i when i saw the prices i was a lil put off do you think the new one starting out would be cheaper and coudl you give me numbers emails anything like that pls?

Prices are worth it at team ryu. The guys there are very very good at what they do and are successful in competitions.
