Have placed an order for it; apparently it is very, very good for joints and ligaments for those who engage in power weight lifting, bodybuilding. So this will be good for those who do mma as it puts a lot of pressure on joint and ligament...I would know about it ;)
If anyone has any experience of animal flex, whether it is good, bad or ineffective; PLEASE post it up here!
