get on creatine and drink loads of water that should put some quick weight on....although some people think its shit, worked fine for me

mate dont bother reloading on the creatine. heard thats a waste of time..obviously if youve been off of it for a few weeks do it. but drink lots of water man.

just wondering how is it bad for mma?? if its good for strength and anaerobic endurance how can it be bad for mma??

ok thanks for that! legs cramping up is pretty gay.

badger...dont forget..load up on the carbs aswell! lots of water, lots of carbs and eat before you go to bed aswell.
of course, cardio wont help putting weight on either
