Daytime MMA training

We will be running 2 new MMA daytime sessions starting from next week - Tuesday May 5th
Every Tuesday & Thursday 11am - 1pm - Cost £5 per session
Everyone is welcome to join the sessions if they can make it
Coach - Dave Hirst - Pro MMA fighter
Dave is a good MMA fighter and has coaching experience also, he will be running some great MMA sessions, anyone in the area is welcome to attend, please feel free to just turn up or for further information please contact
