Do you take before training?

if your taking about creatine mono.

I take 5g a day.

off days or days I go MT i have 5g in the morning.

when I lift, I have my green mag which i have 45mins before I lift weights. if I didnt have green mag, i would still take the creatine mono in the morning 5g.

some people perfer to take 5g before a workout, or 5g after. or even 2.5g before and 2.5g after.

i just perfer to have it in the morning.

Cheers mate.

Was gonna get some creapure, glutamine & whey from Myprotein & mix it up.

Whey & creapure before training then whey & glutamine after.

How does that sound? Looking to get stronger & recover faster.

You might aswell have whey, creatine & glutamine twice daily, that's what I do, once in the morning, then again either right after training on training days or late night on rest days. I'm not a l33t or anything, that's just what my trainer recommended to me.

I have used creatine in the past and it helped me with endurance and muscle mass. You don't need it but it greatly helps if you don't want to commit too much effort to your body. The best creatine (http://www.enutriments.com/sports-nutrition/creatine) benefit is just for looks i find.

Does anyone know where I can purchase protein supplements in bulk (http://www.enutriments.com/protein) online? I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find a place to do so!

Everyone is telling about creatine that it is good for increasing lifts and is helpful for exercise and i would like to ask that what are the side effects of creatine.
