Who would you say were the most well known UK fighters considering the MMA crowd and the newer UFC crowd as 'voters'

also for what reason would they be most known

eg Ian Freeman - first Brit in the UFC, demolished Frank Mir, infamous ground n pound, amazing come back from retirement to claim the CR belt...

Bisping, top UK fighter in the 'new stock' of UFC fighters. TUF winner, TUF coach, great technical striker...

Who else would you put in the 'most well known' list and why?

Brad Pickett... very obvious one

from his style, entrance, and his exciting style, throws down in every fight, forever improving..

Bisping is definitely the most famous.

The majority of UFC fans came from TUF 1 so aren't gonna know who Freeman is... which is a shame.

True but he's done loads for UK MMA, will always get brought up by true UK MMA fans then ppl will google him like I did when I first got into MMA :) ow and I edited pictures of him :D lol

With Mir being interim champ i imagine his page on fightfinder is getting a lot more "TUF noob" traffic. People will undoubtedly want to find out who beat the champ. Same with Machida, people only knew his name from clicking through Bj, Franklin and Bonnars fightfinder profiles>

bisping easy, then freeman. Ian is up there as well because of him presenting on that sky 1 tough man challenge.
