Well Done to Casey 'Gracie' Lee who was awarded his Blue Belt by Dickie Martin at The Essex Open on Sunday,before his first fight!

Casey was on the mat against Stephen Martin within an hour of receiving his blue, well done to him for stepping up. I look forward to gold medals for him in the UK's toughest division.

Too right, that division is stacked... imagine what the lightweight purple divisions will be like in 1-2 years or less!
