I just received my JC Santana Predator , does anyone have a 'sheet' of workouts that I can use this for ? would be ideal if they are split by muscle groups.

plenty of stuff on youtube mate , if you got the latest version of realplayer you can download the vids as .flv files to keep ( very handy )
