I have recently decided to cut my hours back and change my shift at work so I can take my training to the next level. I was wondering what people thought about what the best club was. I realise though this is a difficult question to answer as the answer will be differ depending on what style I was looking to train. So I will ask the question this way, if you could train with any other club other than your own within Scotland what club would you like to train with and why? Any input would be appreciated. I think I will visit a few clubs to see how their sessions are run and if I think that would suit me.

Cheers

Dan

I like the Buff Club and the Classic Grand, might not be to your taste though. Gotta give a shout out to the Arches, great venue, great sound with some top names dropping in for nights and a wide variety of styles.

I still find it hilarious that you've been refused entry to Oran Mor yet have now headlined shows in the place twice

I've always found a 5 iron to be the best all round club, although to be honest, you really need a full set to tackle the challenges of some of the Scottish courses

I'd reccomend an open faced club, like a sand wedge.

at the moment Rangers are scottish premier league champions.
therefore some might say they are the best club in scotland....however that particular debate could go on forever.

I like the Buff club best but only when I'm totally ratarsed drunk as when you're not, the place smells like wee and sick....sort of like all clubs I guess.

Surely you must have understood the rules before asking such a question..........

........first rule of the fight club, don't talk about the fight club.

talking about golf i went to a full 18 hole golf course today and hit a 219! never been so bored in my life, only decent thing was the golf buggy we rented but that was fucking pointless as every shot was going 5-10 meters at best

Ron Burgundy: Boy, that escalated quickly... I mean, that really got out of hand fast.

lol well there are lots of good quality clubs in Scotland , clubs like mine the dinkys , battleground , team viper , headhunters all got good fighters training within them but got teams like team jigoku in aberdeen , team unity in fife , rick young has fighters doing mma now , duel samurai , crest mma , geez ive obviously forgotten some but not sure who is the best but certainly stacks to choose from

I've noticed a lot of fighters coming from up north lately, perhaps the sheep shaggers of Aberdeen have hung up their furry boots and taken to mma instead of abusing lambs...lol

Serious note tho they seem to be working hard on establishing themselves, keep up the good work boys.

Best team is Dinkys bar none. Top guys top fighters. And mcveighs blog banter is spectacular.

Second is Alba Dornadair purely for willies chat and amazing buffets.

:)

Third would have to be Vipers, definately a force to be reckoned with.

First prize for dedication in my view goes to Willie Scott, scottish mma wouldn't be where it is now without his continual efforts.

Props Willie..
