I have had pain on the inside of my elbow which seems to be getting worse everytime i train, I believe it is tennis elbow as there is no bruising and i havnt knocked it.
Does anyone have any advice on how long i should rest it or any supplements /creams that could help?.
Thanks

i used to get this shit all the time , some simple stretches before and after training will stop you getting it again , but youll need to rest and let it get better.

used to get this from work and was a right shit, only went after i lost the job! used to ice it and rest when i could.
now im on the land so my elbows and hands are in agony, sore back as of monday! i hate work.
Hands on manual therapy can work really well for this kind of problem. A good physio or osteopath should be able to help; you may find that they can help get rid of it sooner than you expect.
