hey guys,

I've watched MMA for ages and now that I've got some spare time I'd really like to start.

I'm a total beginner and particularly interested in BJJ and Muay Thai. I live in Ilford so suggestions on any good gyms in East London would be great??

I've had a look on google and have come up with LondonFightFactory and Diesel Gym, both seem pretty good... if you have experience at these gyms which would you reccomend?? also are there any other good gyms besides these two which I could possibly check out??

thanks
