Hi Im 16 years old , and over the last 3/4 months ice been watching UFC and various other MMA Programmes, Ive decided that it is something I feel I could be good at and want to start. Ive found a place in my town (Kettering) and was wondering if anyone goes there and could tell me what its like.

If your talking bout shootfighters with pat its brilliant i was training there its where i started. but i cant train there anymore cos of transport. but it is brilliant, tough but brilliant i would definitely recommend them good people as well.
I used to train there i started when i was 16 i did have a past in judo but you catch on quick learning from those guys. im 17 now so i aint got much to say but i wish i could still train there.
