d-unit dumbarton would be a good shout, quality coaching in every aspect of mma including marcos teaching bjj weekly, established fighters like john Quinn (scotlands best welterweight) John Cullen and a bunch of talented up and comers.

Alright mate. Depends what your looking for really.
Barrhead sports centre has Muay Thai - 1930 - 2030 Tues & Thurs
Also has an MMA based class on Tue/Fri/Sun. Tue is more of a circuit training strength and conditioning class I believe from 1900 - 2015ish. Fri and Sun run from 1800 - 2000 & 1200 - 1400 respectively and cover strength and conditioning/ focus pad work/ jiu jitsu technique/ rolling around.
I personally go to these classes and they are hard work but good fun. The MMA class is especially hard, but the more you put in the more you will get out.
