Recently i was set for a fight in april but had to withdraw from a back injury from jumping exercises. I took out around 2 months and made a slow re entry. Last week i was kicking away and the following morning. Back pain! how i thought?! Anyway, after getting some massage and stretching, seems i missed something. It was testicle strain this time around(not serious though luckily). two days of no cycling in tight trousers and some careful massage, it is going away now but could have sworn it was my back. anybody had this, or, misdiagnosed their own pain? im still resting up to be safe.
