Got my winning 6 DVD - Ian "The Machine" Freeman set yesterday morning off Cagefilm.com !
Only watched the Standup/Striking disc so far and I must say, I am very very impressed....
Having watched a few other instructional DVD's, this is by far the best I have seen.
Everything about the DVD is spot on, artwork, menu's, sound, filming quality etc.
If you don't already have this, GET IT...........( exclusively only at Cagefilm.com ).....
Looking forward to the new Bisping DVD when that's out !
