Hi guys, as of Thursday 2nd July BJJ Brown Belt Michael Russell will be teaching BJJ at The MMA Clinic.
Classes are in the Gi and will be every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30pm - 13:30pm. Open mat afterwards until everyone leaves.
