This is my first post so i'll say hello to start with.

Im looking to get into MMA in bristol but i work stupid hours. My shift starts at 2.30pm and i work until late so its hard to find classes that i can go to. I get weds & thurs nights off.
Ive been checking out the sweatbox, olympians MMA and bristol dojo's time tables and it looks like i can go to an MMA class on the thurs at olympians (which is not far from me) or dojo.

Does any one know of anywhere else that i can train on a weds night or any mornings?
If theres no MMA classes on a weds would i be better off doing a seperate stand up or ground work class instead?

Im a total beginner BTW so i cant really go to open mat sessions or anything.

Cheers

Yep, been there for nearly 3 years now! Although won't be there this week as I've got a pulled muscle in my back (from fixing the bath at the weekend, not a training/fighting related injury!)
