We have just started a new MMA class at our full time Dojo in Lordswood. The class is run by Daren Nicholson and we would like to invite anyone in the medway towns to come and try a lesson for free. Daren has been in the martial arts for nearly 20 years and is a great instructor. anyone out there let me know
