just got back from this event
i have to be honest and say i had my reservations when saw the venue.
could not have been more wrong tho
some brilliant tear ups and great atmophere
some of my guys fought.
Chis "Ginger Ninja" Morgan lost vs judges decision in one of the most physical bouts ive watched. both guys made of steel
Martin Mcdonaugh won via triangle in round 2 against Jason Harvey
Jack Marshman won via armbar round 1 against Matt McCarthy.
And our Team mate from The Combat Academy Chris Konisky won via armbar round 2 against a much bigger Paul Pestell

I was at this, the Venue is not luxurious to say the least but what an event, blighted by pull-outs, (like loads of other events these days ?) reducing the card to only 7 bouts & what bouts they were, each & every combatant gave everything, good stand-up & ground skills to boot, all-in-all a very good night.
Even got home in time to take my Girfriend out for a drink, can't be bad.
