Guys as the cricket has taken over sophia gardens we and the Welsh national judo team (or anyone else for that matter) are unable to use the WIS this week. Tonights class will be mixed class (bjj and judo). New venue:

7.30pm - 9.30pm
Eagles Gym, Fibrofix workshops
Rear of 134 Ninian Park Road
Riverside
Cardiff, CF116JE

guys, just so you all know we are back in the Welsh Institute of sports, Sophia gardens, Cardiff next Monday as normal.
