I use a powerball to strengthen my wrists. It does help my wrists and you can do it anywhere really, although you look like a tube doing it on the train or bus.
Pushup handles seem like a waste of time and money to me tbh. People always try to sell you equipment for exercises your body is perfectly fine without imo.

I used to regularly use a power ball and would again if i find one in shop for less than 20. I have a grip like a vice. My dick will confirm that claim.

i have problems with my wrists when doin push ups, i reckon the perfect push up kit could help with that.

When I do a push up my right shoulder blade kills me, and it clicks as I come up.
